Registration fees may be paid by credit card, purchase order, or other approved payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the training date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the training date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the training date are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days before the training date and may be subject to a $100 administrative fee.

ITARComplianceTraining.us reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7. User Content

If you submit content to our website (such as comments, reviews, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Violations of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to current and future training programs without refund.
