1. General Refund Policy
At Cleared Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of product or service you have purchased:
2. Training Courses
2.1 In-Person Training
For our in-person training sessions, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled training date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the scheduled training date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled training date are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 5 business days prior to the event.
2.2 Virtual Live Training
For our virtual live training sessions, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled training date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the scheduled training date will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training date are non-refundable.
- Registration transfers to another person are permitted at no additional cost.
2.3 On-Demand Training
For our on-demand training courses:
- We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
- If you are dissatisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 25% of the course materials.
- Once you have completed more than 25% of the course materials, or after the 7-day period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued.
3. Publications and Digital Products
3.1 Physical Books and Materials
For physical books and training materials:
- Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original, unopened condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item, a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be processed.
3.2 Digital Products
For digital products (e-books, PDFs, templates):
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your digital product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
4. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Training Cancellations by Cleared Systems
In the event that Cleared Systems needs to cancel a scheduled training session:
- We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible.
- Participants will have the option to transfer to another scheduled training date or receive a full refund.
- Cleared Systems is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

All refund requests must include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
7. Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- For payments made by check or purchase order, refunds will be issued by check within 30 business days.
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you are unable to attend a training session due to a documented emergency or medical issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include transferring to a future training date or providing a credit toward future services.
9. Changes to This Policy
Cleared Systems reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to the refund policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
