Help Center / Emails we send
The portal sends email at certain moments. Knowing which is which helps you spot a missing one.
| Subject starts with | When you get it |
|---|---|
| Verify Your Email | Right after you sign up. You must click the link to use the portal. |
| Welcome to ITAR Compliance Training LMS | Once your account is set up. |
| [Name] completed ITAR [Level] Training | Every time one of your team finishes a level. |
| Daily Training Summary | A once-a-day round-up of your team's activity. |
| Reset Your Password | Only when you ask to reset it. |
Payment receipts and invoices come from Stripe, our payment company, and go to the billing email you typed at checkout. That may not be your own address.
| Subject starts with | When they get it |
|---|---|
| Your ITAR Compliance Training Invitation | When you send their invitation. Has their private sign-up link. |
| Your ITAR Training Account Is Active | After they set their password. |
| Reminder: Your ITAR Training Is Waiting | A nudge if they have not finished. |
| Reset Your Password | Only when they ask to reset it. |
Invitation and welcome emails include your company name, so your team can see it is real and not a scam.
This is the answer most of the time. Mark the message as safe so later ones come through.
Open the person's page and read their email carefully. One wrong letter is enough.
Use Resend on their row. This creates a fresh link.
If nobody at your company is getting our emails, your email system is likely blocking them. IT can allow us through.
One person missing an email is usually spam. Everyone missing it is usually a company-wide block, and only IT can fix that.
You cannot switch off the ones that matter, like your verification email or an employee's invitation, because the portal will not work without them. If the daily summary is too much, tell us and we can help.
