Taking the
Quizzes

Each lesson ends with a short quiz. There are 5 questions, each with four answers. You pick one answer per question.

You need every answer right

To pass, you must get all 5 correct. That is a 100% score.

This sounds strict, and it is meant to be. These rules carry real penalties at work, so the training makes sure you have them straight before moving on.

What happens when you miss one

You get a message telling you your score, like "4 / 5 correct — 80%", and the quiz opens again.

The questions and the answers come back in a different order every time, so you cannot pass by remembering that the answer was third in the list. Read each one again.

Before you press submit

• The submit button stays greyed out until all 5 have an answer.
• Check your answers before submitting. You cannot change them after.
• Press the button once and wait. It will say "Submitting..." while it works.

What happens when you pass

You go straight to the next lesson with a message saying the last one is complete.

After the sixth quiz, you have finished. You get a message saying your certificate is ready, and your company's admin is told automatically.

Going back to a passed quiz

Once you have passed a quiz, you do not take it again. If you open it, you get a note saying you already passed and you are sent back to the lesson.

If something goes wrong

What you see	What to do
Quiz session not found	You were away too long, or you had it open in two tabs. Start the quiz again from the lesson. Nothing you passed before is lost.
Complete the previous module first	You reached a lesson that is not open yet. Go back and finish the one before it.
Nothing happens when you press submit	Make sure every question has an answer. The button will not work until all 5 are chosen.

If a question seems wrong

Tell your company's admin. They can pass it on to us. Do not guess repeatedly on a question you think is broken.
