This portal gives ITAR training to the people who work at your company. You buy training, add your workers, and watch them finish. When someone finishes, they get a certificate you can keep for your records.
There are two kinds of accounts. An admin runs the account for the whole company. An employee is a worker who takes the training. This guide is for admins.
Sign up with your work email. We send you an email with a link. Click that link to prove the email is yours. You cannot use the rest of the portal until you do.
Type in each person's name and email. If you have a lot of people, you can upload a list instead. Adding people is free.
There are four levels. Give each person the one that fits their job. One person can take more than one level.
A seat is one person taking one level. Pay with a card, or ask for an invoice. You pay for every level in one payment, not one at a time.
You choose when to send them. Each worker gets an email with their own link. They use it to make a password and start.
Your dashboard shows who has started and who is done. When someone finishes, we email you. You can download their certificate any time.
Every level has 6 lessons. The price is for one person, one time.

Workers do the 6 lessons in order. They cannot skip ahead. After each lesson there is a quiz with 5 questions.
To pass a quiz, a worker must get every question right. If they miss one, they can take the quiz again. There is no limit on how many times they can try. The questions and answers show up in a new order each time.
Workers do not have to finish in one sitting. Their progress is saved. They can log back in later and pick up where they left off.
When a worker passes all 6 lessons, they get a certificate right away. It is a PDF they can save or print. It shows their name, your company name, and the level they finished.
Each certificate has its own code. Anyone can type that code on our check a certificate page to make sure it is real. This is useful during an audit.
You can also download any of your workers' certificates from your own account. You do not have to ask them for a copy.
This training helps your team learn the ITAR rules and gives you a record that they did. It is not a license from the government, and it is not the same as registering with DDTC. Those are separate things your company handles on its own.
