Every certificate we issue has its own code. Anyone can use that code to check the certificate is genuine. You do not need an account and it costs nothing.
This is useful for auditors, customers checking a supplier, and companies confirming what a new hire says on a résumé.
It is printed in the top right corner and looks like ITAR-INTRO-2026-0042.

Capital letters do not matter. There is a quick security check to stop automated abuse.
If the code is real, you see who it was issued to, their company, which level they finished, and when.
If nothing is found, the code does not exist in our records. Usually that is a typing mistake, so check it carefully first, especially the dashes.

Looking a code up is read-only. It cannot cancel a certificate or alter anyone's record, so check as often as you like.
A match confirms that this person completed this course with us on that date. It does not mean the government has approved or licensed them. There is no government ITAR certificate for an individual.
Before assuming a certificate is fake, retype the code carefully and confirm you have the whole thing. If it still does not match, contact us and we can look into it.
