Help Center / Creating your account
Your company needs one account before anyone can take training. The person who sets it up is called the admin. That is usually someone in HR, compliance, or an office manager.
You only do this once. It takes about two minutes.
Go to the create an account page. Here is what each box asks for.
| Box | What to put |
|---|---|
| Organization Name | Your company name. This name shows up on every certificate, so type it the way you want it to appear. |
| Contact Name | Your name. |
| Phone | You can skip this one. |
| Email Address | Your work email. This is how you sign in later. |
| Industry | You can skip this one. |
| Password | At least 8 characters. |
| Confirm Password | Type the same password again. |
The name you type here is printed on your team's certificates. If your legal name is "Acme Defense Systems, LLC" but you type "Acme," the certificates will say "Acme." Use the name your auditors expect to see.
Right after you sign up, we send an email to the address you gave us. Open it and click the button that says Verify Email Address.
We do this to make sure the email really belongs to you. Until you click that link, you cannot use the rest of the portal. You will see a screen asking you to confirm your email instead of your dashboard.
Email is usually fast, but it can take a few minutes.
Some company email systems put new senders there. If you find it, mark it as safe so future emails come through.
On the confirm-your-email screen there is a button to resend the verification email. Click it and we will send a fresh one.
Some companies block outside email. If nothing arrives, ask IT to allow email from our address.
The link in the email works for 24 hours. After that it stops working and you will see a message saying the link has expired.
This is easy to fix. Go back to the confirm-your-email screen and click the resend button. You get a new link, good for another 24 hours.
Once you click the link, your dashboard opens and everything is unlocked. You can add your team, pick training levels, and pay for seats.
Your dashboard also shows a checklist of the setup steps. It stays on the screen until you finish them all, so you can stop partway and come back later without losing your place.
