Creating Your Account
and Confirming Your Email

Your company needs one account before anyone can take training. The person who sets it up is called the admin. That is usually someone in HR, compliance, or an office manager.

You only do this once. It takes about two minutes.

Step 1: Fill out the sign-up form

Go to the create an account page. Here is what each box asks for.

BoxWhat to put
Organization NameYour company name. This name shows up on every certificate, so type it the way you want it to appear.
Contact NameYour name.
PhoneYou can skip this one.
Email AddressYour work email. This is how you sign in later.
IndustryYou can skip this one.
PasswordAt least 8 characters.
Confirm PasswordType the same password again.
Pick the company name carefully

The name you type here is printed on your team's certificates. If your legal name is "Acme Defense Systems, LLC" but you type "Acme," the certificates will say "Acme." Use the name your auditors expect to see.

Step 2: Check your email

Right after you sign up, we send an email to the address you gave us. Open it and click the button that says Verify Email Address.

We do this to make sure the email really belongs to you. Until you click that link, you cannot use the rest of the portal. You will see a screen asking you to confirm your email instead of your dashboard.

If the email does not show up

If the link says it expired

The link in the email works for 24 hours. After that it stops working and you will see a message saying the link has expired.

This is easy to fix. Go back to the confirm-your-email screen and click the resend button. You get a new link, good for another 24 hours.

After you confirm

Once you click the link, your dashboard opens and everything is unlocked. You can add your team, pick training levels, and pay for seats.

Your dashboard also shows a checklist of the setup steps. It stays on the screen until you finish them all, so you can stop partway and come back later without losing your place.
