Help Center / Downloading certificates
When someone finishes a level, a certificate is made right away. You can download it yourself. You do not have to ask them to send you a copy.
Or press View on their row in the employee table.
It sits under the lesson list and says Certificate Issued, with the certificate code below it.
The certificate saves to your computer. Save it wherever you keep training records.
If someone took two levels, they have two certificates, each with its own download button.
Every certificate has a code that belongs only to it. It looks like this:
ITAR-INTRO-2026-0042
The middle part tells you the level:
| Code | Level |
|---|---|
| INTRO | Introduction |
| INTER | Intermediate |
| ADV | Advanced |
| MGR | Manager |
Anyone can type that code on our check a certificate page to confirm it is real. Auditors and customers can do this without an account.
They stay in your account. If you lose the file, come back and download it again.
Download their certificate before they go, and keep it with your records. It is proof the training happened while they worked for you.
If you see a message saying the certificate file cannot be found, tell us. The record exists and we can rebuild the file. Do not ask the employee to redo the training.
It shows your employee finished our course. It is not a licence from the government, and there is no such thing as a government ITAR certificate for a person. Keep it as your own training record.
