Taking Your
Training

Your training has 6 lessons. You do them in order, one at a time.

Your training page

When you sign in you see all 6 lessons in a list, with a bar showing how far along you are and a count like 2/6.

LabelWhat it means
PassedDone. You can read it again any time.
AvailableThis is the one you are on.
🔒 LockedNot open yet. Finish the one before it.

The big button says Begin Training the first time and Continue Training after that. It always takes you to the right place, so you do not have to remember where you stopped.

Why lessons are locked

Each lesson builds on the one before, so you cannot skip ahead. A lesson opens once you pass the quiz for the lesson before it.

If you try to open a locked one, you get sent back with a message telling you which lesson to finish first.

What is in a lesson

You do not have to finish in one go

Every lesson you pass is saved. You can stop, sign out, and come back tomorrow or next week. Your training page remembers exactly where you are.

If you get signed out

Leaving the page open for a long time without doing anything can sign you out. Nothing you already passed is lost. Sign back in and carry on.

Taking more than one level

Some people are signed up for two levels. Each one shows as its own block on your page with its own 6 lessons and its own progress bar.

You can do them in whichever order you like, and you get a separate certificate for each.

Going back over a lesson

Passed lessons stay open. If something comes up at work and you want to check what the training said, sign in and read it again. This does not change your progress.

Take your time

Nobody is timing you. Your company can see how you are doing, but there is no clock. It is better to read carefully than to rush and retake quizzes.
