Help Center / Sending invitations
Adding someone to your list does not tell them anything. They only find out when you send the invitation. You decide when that happens.
Two things have to be true for a level:
Until then the button shows a padlock and the word Locked.
Invitations are sent from your dashboard, not the Employees page. Sign in and scroll to the employee table.
Find their row and press Send Invite. Good for a new hire, or when you want to start with a small group.
At the bottom of the table there are buttons like Invite All Introduction. This sends to everyone in that level who has not been invited yet.
Press Invite All Uninvited. This sends to every person across every level who has not had an invitation yet.
The bulk buttons skip anyone already invited. Pressing Invite All twice does not send the same person a second email.
Each person gets an email with your company name in the subject line. It tells them which level they were given and has a button that says Begin Training.
The link is theirs alone. They should not forward it to a coworker.
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not Invited | On your list, but no email sent yet. |
| Invited | Email sent. They have not made their password yet. |
| Registered | They made their password and can start. |
| 🔒 Locked | You need to buy seats for that level first. |
If someone says they never got it, press Resend on their row. This sends a fresh email with a new link.
Before you resend, ask them to check their spam folder. That is where it usually is.
That usually means your company email system is blocking us. Ask your IT team to allow our messages through. One person missing an email is normal; everyone missing it is not.
Many companies start with one team, see how it goes, and invite the rest later. There is no time limit. Seats you have paid for stay yours.
