Checking How
Your Team Is Doing

Your dashboard updates as your team works. You do not have to ask anyone how it is going.

The quick view

The employee table on your dashboard has one row per person per level. Each row shows a bar and a number like 4/6, meaning they have passed 4 of the 6 lessons.

LabelWhat it means
Not InvitedOn your list, but you have not sent their email yet.
InvitedEmail sent. They have not set up their password yet.
Not StartedSigned up but has not opened a lesson.
In ProgressWorking through the lessons.
CompletedPassed all 6 lessons. Certificate is ready.

Looking at one person

Press View on anyone's row. Their page shows:

The quiz record

Further down that page is a list of every quiz attempt. For each one it shows which lesson, which try it was, the score, the date and time, and the internet address it came from.

This is your audit trail

If someone asks you to prove your team was trained, this record shows when each person did the work and how they scored. It is kept automatically.

Lots of tries is normal

Quizzes need every answer right to pass, so several attempts is common and not a warning sign. People often miss one question, take it again, and pass.

If someone has many attempts on the same lesson over a long time, it may be worth checking in with them. The material may need a second read.

Emails you get automatically

You do not have to keep checking the dashboard. We email you when someone finishes a level, and we can send you a daily summary of your team's activity.

If someone has not started

People get busy and forget. Before chasing them, check whether their row says Invited — if so, the email may have gone to spam. Resending is usually enough.
